Planning guidance that articulates a new vision and will shape the future development of West Â鶹ֱ²¥ as required by Place Policy 16 in City Plan 2030. The West Â鶹ֱ²¥ Placemaking Framework will replace the West Â鶹ֱ²¥ Strategic Design Framework (13 May 2010) and the West Â鶹ֱ²¥ Landscape Framework (November 2011).
