Returning Officer for the City of Â鶹ֱ²¥
Paul Lawrence is the Constituency Returning Officer for Scottish Parliament election to constituencies within the City of Â鶹ֱ²¥ Council area. He is also Regional Returning Officer for the Â鶹ֱ²¥ and Lothians East Region, which includes the six Â鶹ֱ²¥ constituencies, two in East Lothian and one in Midlothian.
The Returning Officer (RO) is the person with overall responsibility for the Election.
